Returns
We have a 14-day return policy for jalabiyas, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To begin the return process, customers must email us at info@rafeeqapparel.com within 14 days of receiving the item. In your email, please include:
• Your order number
• A brief explanation of the return request
• Clear photos of the item you wish to return
To be eligible for a return, your jalabiya must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved via email, we will provide you with the return address and return instructions.
All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, including returns and exchanges, regardless of reason.
Items sent back without prior email approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
For hygienic reasons, our knitted caps are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@rafeeqapparel.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include photos of the issue in your email so we can properly assess the situation.
In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damaged Items Policy
Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Exchanges
To exchange a jalabiya for a different size or color, please email info@rafeeqapparel.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and photos of the item.
Once the exchange request is approved, we will provide return instructions. After the original item is returned, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including returning the original item and receiving the replacement.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification.
The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return under this policy, please email info@rafeeqapparel.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
